Glory Beauty Therapy

I had trouble getting through on the phone for a booking. So I walked in (on two separate days) but when I walked in no one was there at reception, so you don't know what to do but wait which felt awkward. One lady came out from a client and her tone and briskness made me feel like I had disturbed her (which I had) and that made me feel unwelcome. However when I did have my treatment done, they did a good job technically. Perhaps they need to always have someone on reception, or not allow people to walk in, and only work by appointment to avoid this.

Lovely ambiance. Great monthly specials. Beauty therapists are always friendly and very skilled.
