Lots of off street parking. friendly and helpful staff and a pretty good range of products

Good off street parking and a lovely cafe on site, HOWEVER the staff really let the shop down. I wanted to enquire about a certain plant and asked them to order one in as I couldnt drive up to auckland to get one from there. the young staff member didnt know the plant I was talking about (string of Pearls) which was ok given her age however when I aasked the manager I was told they wont have that plant for years and she walked away, not helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable. I wont be back
