Te Mata Lodge

We stayed at Te Mata Lodge in a two story Chalet for two nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay immensely. The Chalet was extremely clean and well maintained with great grounds to walk through. Having a glass of wine on the deck after dinner as well as breakfast the next morning overlooking beautiful trees and feeling like you're the only people around. Being between Coromandel and Thames meant we could visit both places. Would recommend staying here to all that want to get away, but you are close enough to everything to get whatever you need. The family that runs Te Mata Lodge are lovely helpful people who gave a warm welcome and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we required.

We stayed in this motel for a couple of nights and had Ana amazing experience. This place offered us great privacy and there was no compromise for fun. The rooms are spacious and were well maintained.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Couldnt fault the service at all. Rooms were nice and comfy. Parking was easy. I would stay here again
