Te Awamutu Kids Zone

The Staff at kids zone refused to let me take my children, because they smelt alcohol on my breath, I had to phone the police to get my own children ,The staff was rude to me and started shouting at me, The staff claimed it was the policy of kids zone , but the staff could not produce the policy when asked ,and I was never given the policy in the first place, I was made to feel like I was a bad parent ,I was right in law .but the kids zone policy seems to be wrong in law. Is this how my children get treated when I am not there?
