Recently my TV shut-down. I was told to ring these guys as they could most probably help - best recommendation I have ever had. My TV was picked up, the purchase warranty was collected by them from the place I bought it from, and they rang LG to discuss whether LG would foot the bill as the TV was only 3 years old.
So a week later (as parts had to come from Aussie) I had a completely fixed TV delivered and put back on its brackets - and there was absolutely no charge to me.
