Richard Pink from Top to Bottom House Inspections has completed two building inspections and reports for me over the last few months. Richard is highly organised and very prompt with both the inspections and the reports, which are completed to an excellent standard. Richard is very amenable and available to talk about anything related to the house no matter how small it may seem.
