After being recommended Richard by several local members of the local community (Cambridge Grapevine) Richard carried out pre-purchase house inspection for us in October 2016. He was extremely professional to deal with, before booking he explained in full exactly what the test would cover and seemed very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. The inspection and report itself were just the right level of detail and provided extra information about maintaining the property and work needed in next 5 years - we found this very useful. He was very approachable and called to see if we had any questions following the next few days of receiving the report. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

Very timely and thorough pre-inspection report. Richard was always readily available to go through any questions and also provided further advice in regard to prioritising remediation work. Highly recommend.

My real estate agent recommended this business to undertake my pre-purxhase home inspection. Richard provided an extremely thorough written and illustrated report very quickly. Richard also provided verbal feedback on remedial work priorities and gave advice on how and what could be done. Negotiating lower sale price to cover unexpected problems. Highly recommended before you buy

We have asked Richard to carry out building inspections for us on three different houses over the last eighteen months.We have been extremely pleased with the reports Richard provided us with and the extra bonus was the photographic evidence that is supplied in these reports. I personally, like to see what areas need attention and this gives me a better understanding. We have also found Richard to be very approachable and helpful when we have wanted to discuss the severity of any particular issue.We would highly recommend Richard's services for a thorough building inspection and report. Top To Bottom House Inspections is a must have. Due to the professional level the inspection is conducted at Richard saved me from buying a lemon for my first home purchase. Richard is always happy to explain his findings in a prompted and detailed report. Even though Richard has a busy schedule but managed to fit not one but two inspections in for me. More than happy to recommend this service.
