There is a young man who always helps me when i go into the store, he is extremely helpful he answers all my questions and is betty patient, i highly recommended this store as it had any assortment of items and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I purchased a TV from these guys 3 years ago. It stopped working - so I called them up to see if the warranty was still valid. It wasn't - however they recommended I call a local electronics place to get it fixed. I did so, and Strawbridges printed out a copy of my purchase and warranty so the electronics guy could call the manufacturers.
That's service over and above the expected - just great service by great people.
