Ingham Te Awamutu

Staff in the service department don't seem to know what is happening, considering I had to pay nearly double the hourly rate that my local mechanic charges I thought this would give me a premium service; how wrong was I, the staff both on the counter and in the workshop didn't have a clue, a problem that they couldn't solve after hours was solved by my mechanic in one hour!!!! I don't even think the girl at the service desk knew what a car was let alone the mechanics of it!!! If you are expecting quality and knowledge go to your local mechanic, definitely not this dealership.

We purchased a second hand car from Ingham TA, it was an ex rental. Service from Mike was pretty decent, a few little issues with the registration not getting swapped over properly.
