This is a tiny store, the waiting to be served can be long at times. Our salesman was very polite, organised and efficient. Service was great too. They were offering great deals for new phones.

went in to see if they could fix a issue with calling. couldn't resolve the issue and wanted to send my phone away after i had paid a deposit, it was cheaper for me to buy a new $30 phone

Staff here are nice but I find the reception in the tauranga area is really poor part of the reason I switched providers

Awesome service and are willing to help out with any sort of issue. My nana loves them as they do not get annoyed by her lack of knowledge and always help her out
