The Warehouse Ltd

We use this store quite often as it is really handy. However because it is a smaller store the product range isnt as good as other stores eg: Frasercove.

Good staff. Good sales. Where everyone gets a bargain!

I love this Warehouse. They always have stock of the items that I need and if they don't, they are always willing to order it for me. Their customer service is outstanding. I love all their Chrismas supplies. It is easy to find what you're looking for.

I didn't had a very good experience today. I went to pick up my click and collect order today. The store was quite busy and I've been waiting a while to be served. The lady brought my stuff in a box and asked if I wanted to check it. I noticed the box was opened and just asked if everything in the box. She said yes, assuming that she had checked. There was quite a long line behind me, so I didn't want to take longer than what I should. When I got home I noticed that there was something missing. I did phone the immediately and spoke to the same lady that served me. But no apology!!!!!

Stock on shelves in the childrens underwear dept was very low and lacking sizes. Didnt appear to be any staff around to help.
