All ages and skill levels are welcome. Our world class training facilities include a gym, boxing ring, matted floors, showers, 24 hour access, unlimited class access and a store for all of your martial arts training gear. Your first weeks training is free, so come on down and give it a go.

I tried to sell on the $3 entry night. I had such a great time that such a great way to get fit and meet new people. And nothing like a learning a bit of self-defense as well you never know what's going to happen in life
