Always had a great experience from staff, however one recent interaction topped the lot.

A school student lost her favourite soft toy in one of the drains. We called Council and they came immediately but could not locate it.

The staff member then out his own pocket went a bought a replacement and came and gave it to the child. Absolutely amazing and so glad to live in a city that has a Council of selfless staff.
