Only one member of staff in the store attempted to serve us and speak on phone at same time.
Very courteous service despite being overworked.

This is a wonderful store. They have a huge range handbags and suitcases. I love their Guess range. And some were even on special, which made it affordable for me.

if you are looking for quality suitcases then definitely check strandbags out, good range and the quality of their bags is superior to others.

Bags do not last. The last bag I bought lasted 3 weeks before straps broke.
