Such a brilliant business format that works for so many.

Unfortunately I had to have my dog put to sleep. All the staff were lovely, the reception lady even came in with me to make sure I was ok. The vet made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible and talked to him and me the whole time. It was a horrible time but they made the experience as painless as possible.
