Dixie Brown's Restaurant

Their service was very good. I had hot chocolate, it is very yummy.

The food is amazing and the prices are great for what you pay for. Service is amazing and booking is recommended as it is very popular. Staff are very kind and friendly which makes dining a great experience. Having the indoor and outdoor option is very nice and the setting is nice and modern. Restaurant is always clean and consistently providing great food and service.

Great location - but I didn't really enjoy our dining experience here for lunch. Parking was really hard to get and the restaurant was busy so we were pushed into a corner table which wasn't very good for the size of our group and the food was pretty average.

Went to Dixie Brown for breakfast on Sunday. I ordered a Kiwi farmhouse Breakfast, and everything down to my eggs were cooked to perfection. My wife had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and she enjoyed it very much. I tasted the kid's blueberry pancakes with bacon and syrup and it was delicious. I would definitely go there again. The menu has a lot of very interesting looking meals. I cannot fault the service either.

Dixie Browns is always our stop in when going through Taupo and we have never been disappointed! Always highly recommended.
