      Very poor customer, service sales person pounced on me before I even got out of my car. my mini was booked in at 10:30 for a pre-purchase inspection but kept me waiting 4 hours before they actually starting looking at the car. and wanted to charge me $4500 for strange improvements that seemed very unnecessary. Must Avoid!
