Great place to come to buy games for your consoles and sometimes even controllers. You do have to pick through as some games are priced too high for what they are worth but you can still find a few bargains if you look hard enough

Friendly staff who are good to deal with and great range of items in store
wait times to be served can be a little long with staff helping loan customers
leaving less staff on the floor
but apart from that very happy customer

We bought a second hand diamond ring only to find the stones fell out of it 16 DAYS after we bought it. Cash Converters Tauranga have a 90 warranty on jewellry if it is faulty which it obviously is. When we went back to the shop, we were bullied by a Tattooed Shop assistant with a beard who refused to honour the warranty and said that's an insurance claim because the stone that dropped out of it is tiny and not to be found.

Stand over LOAN SHARK TACTICS really and not fair trading.
I am not going to stop here as I think these guys need to be had up by the commerce commission for unfair trading.

Funny part is I was eyeing up an $1100 mens ring to buy there which I won't be now.

Picked up a really good edgetrimmer from their Trademe page. It was super cheap and in really good condition.

Great place to find a bargain from jewellery, bikes, sound gear, musical instruments, a treasure trove, a bit of everything. Always plenty of stock and really nice staff. Parking is quite difficult.
