Very handy location being in bayfair as I can deal with any banking while I'm out shopping. Unfortunately they don't have a smart atm machine here like the Cameron road branch which is disappointing but the lovely lady at the counter was more than happy to do a manual deposit for me free of charge, instead of having to do a fast deposit bag.

Staff here are very friendly and not pushy like you see with other banks. They had the best exchange rate and made it simple to put foreign monies into my account.

It is just about impossible to get hold of them on the phone, however when I go into the store they are helpful and friendly.
Sometimes the queue is long, maybe additional staff may solve both of these problems
