Action Carpet Cleaning

I wouldn't deal with this company after my experience on the phone. They were very rude when I asked for a quote and to see if the would come and look at a stain on my carpet and refused. Subsequently I contacted 2 other long serving businesses who both were very polite and came to look at my carpet. I don't think there was any need to be rude on the phone. Customer service matters and reflects on your business
