Awesome staff running the place, very friendly and helpful with the local information. The heater in my room was necessary because of the cold but it kept me awake all night as it was old and clunky. Everything else about the room was good, well-appointed, bathroom and shower worked well, good hot drink facilities. Unfortunately sleep is the number one thing you need from your room and I didn't get much.
