Countdown Supermarkets

This supermarket is amazing! They have recently put a pharmacy inside which is super convenient and is certainly a great idea for those of us who are on a time limit. The staff are really helpful and always quick to respond to any requests.

Needed a small amount of groceries. Easy access. In & out quick tonight. No ques & the staff were really great. I use the swipe your own but sometimes useing the counter where the staff pack for you is the best

There is plenty of parking. The store itself is quite clean. However, the atmosphere is quite dull and I couldn't find some things that I could have found in other countdowns.

Great Christmas chocolates and biscuit collection for gifting! However, generally over priced throughout the store.

Staff are not very helpful in this store. I asked for assistance getting a product off the top shelf and the man huffed and puffed and eventually came and helped me but was obviously unimpressed that I had asked for help. The free fruit for children is also quite often empty, which makes the children sad when you have promised them they can have some fruit while you shop! In future I will be shopping elsewhere.
