My usual countdown for groceries which also has a little pharmacy inside who so prescriptions aswell. I love that this countdown has underground parking so no need to worry about my toddler getting wet if I need to stop by for something. Customer service is average. The price of meat here is quite expensive compared to other places. Always free fruit for kids.

Good supermarket . Very spacious. Easy to get around the aisles and specials are displayed where can be seen. The store is clean and lots of parking and trolleys.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

During COVID-19 alert levels 3 & 4, using online delivery for groceries at Countdown has been an absolute godsend. My delivery orders have been fulfilled by the Botany Downs store.
The delivery drivers are fantastic and most of orders have been able to be supplied without substitute or product shortage. The packing of shopping is done exceptionally well. It’s been a relief using online shopping to avoid physically shopping in store. Highly recommended with distinction!

Love this little countdown but parking at the back does not feel safe. Not much lighting so to easy for car theft.
