Moss Rocard & Smith Chemist (2014)

If I could I’d give this store no stars found staff here really annoying as you are always getting bugged even after you tell them you are just looking not long after that you get bugged again then they watch you like a hawk really annoying also had an account I wanted to close just to be told the ladie who does this is away on personal leave and she was the only one who could close the account really bad experience I even wrote to the owners 4 mounths ago wanting a response and I’m still waiting don’t recommend at all

Found the store selection good but found the staff very annoying, they stand there next to you even after you’ve said your just browsing , then no sooner do they go away you have another staff member bugging you . I like to be helped don’t get me wrong but they just made me want to get out of the shop . Also had a bad experience with an account I had open there , it took me over 3 store visits & numerous calls to try get it closed as they only have 1 authorized person to open & close accounts & half the time she’s out running personal errands . It was really poor service. Won’t go back again .

Amazing looking store with very friendly and helpful staff.

The pharmacists are helpful and knowledgable. They always know what i want and give me my own space to browse.
