Not wrapped.....Changed time of arrival an then was late by half a day. Plumber went in and out of house in workboots walking mud into carpet and stood in bath tub on bath mat in same boots filling it with mud an gravel. Changed shower head but left all mess behind including not cleaning the marks from the wall from the original, bigger unit. Repaired bathroom taps but in the day since 2 of the caps have popped off the top. To top it off the new mixer fitted won't point straight down or too the side so you have to stand under the cold to turn it on or off.........All in all pretty rough, what I would have expected form a "handyman" not a qualified "professional"
