The day after my manicure, one of my nails peeled off, so I called up to ask for a refund. Was offered a "repair" and agreed for later that day but then more started peeling off so called for a refund. The lady was so rude and completely refused to refund me. Really poor customer service if you have a problem. Avoid!!

Have been getting my nails done here for around 4 years and they have been great every time. Everyone here is always very friendly and it has a great atmosphere
