Attended absolute physio in Silverdale for five months for a torn meniscus. I really cant fault their service. Kind and gentle and keep you really informed with your progress. Easy online booking service and fully ACC funded so theres no surcharge. There is parking out the front and the clinic is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

I started my chiropractor treatment 3 weeks ago and my core feels fantastic and tight. I’m a lot more mobile when moving my spine.
I have also been having physio treatment that is going excellent, I had my first shock wave treatment on my ankle because I had pain around an old dislocation and immediately it felt a hole lot better.
The price for all the treatment was very good and all the staff I met are professional, friendly, knowledgeable.
