Express Aluminium

Unfortunately I have been very dissatisfied with this company who produce Fairview joinery. Very positive reception experience which due to a lack of online reviews was all we had to base our choice of company on. We were told they would be ready three weeks from order but it ended up being 6 weeks from deposit being paid. Now they have to sit around until at least January.to get installed because of Christmas.
We were given the excuse of powder coating not being up to standard, delivery truck breaking down (twice on seperate occasions). Then when they did arrive all three items were incorrectly configured or had the wrong hardware. The issues are ongoing with the seals being skew and coming away from the double glazing. There have been no explanations for the mistakes or apologies, which at the time would have gone along way to improving customer relations. We were going to replace all windows in our house but would choose a different company in future.
