      A fascinating museum, housed in a colonial style house, near the beautiful Russell Bay. Minutes from the main shopping area and other tourist attractions. There is a replica of Captain Cook's Endeavour, there, plus many other fascinating items, connected to the area and our country. There are some interesting `talking poles' in the grounds too. The souvenir shop sells quality items too. Highly recommended.

      Nice museum with lots of information about the history of Russell and Maori Culture. Don't think its work $20 entry fee, considering Ch Ch Museum is 100 times bigger and its free.
