The food was great but the service was terrible. We had to wait for over an hour to even get drinks.

Service was good and food servings were very generous, pricing was average we enjoyed ourselves good for hungry families

Had good ribs here and the other meals looked good too. My dessert was average for the price. Good atmosphere. Good service. Good location.

Excellent food I had the ribs and they were messy and delicious and was a massive serving, staff were super helpful and friendly, was quite crowded but we enjoyed our night

i drove 5 hours just to meet my family at lone star for a birthday dinner and honestly it was one of the best meals ive had in rotorua! i love the service at this place, they give booklets for the kiddies when they get bored and gave us spare just in case we wanted to join in the activities lol
