DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!!
i would give this company -5 stars if i could. My tv was in this shop for 2+ months with no contact from them at all I rang every week to ask on the progress and no one could answer my questions i had. Feeling so frustrated i went in and and let them know how i was feeling when i told the lady my tv brand she replied with oh no wonder they're crap!!! my tv was fixed the next week but with an extra $100 added to the bill. Worst service i have ever received. Do not recommend for anyone

Wish I'd read the review below before using this company. Our coffee machine needed repairing. They told me it had to be sent away for out-work. A week after it was due back I rang only to be told they had 'dropped the ball' and not actually sent it out yet!!
Extremely poor at doing relatively simple things.

I had a problem with my tv and it was fixed promptly.

My smart tvs had a faulty screen, harvey norman arranged with hillcrest to pick up the set from Papamoa on Tuesday, delivered it back on Thursday, fantastic service.
