      Habit Inspections epic fail.! Bought my home at the end of 2016, and was inspected by an employee that isn't a registered building inspector! but employee by this company. My home flooded 4 months later. Evidence was there that there was some water ingress, but not picked up. Saught redress from NZRBI, but apparently unaccountable as he wasn't registered with them!
