I took my car for a service and the guys at Douglas autos where fantastic. They explained everything and even changed my tires for me. Price was good too and Lisa on reception was great. Thanks guys

I have used Douglas Automotive for sometime now and since they have moved their service has only improved.
The new workshop is bigger and better. Their knowledge and skill is great and they have a way of doing things. They are super thorough on wof checks and services picking up issues before they become problems. The price is very reasonable too.
Their engineering is exceptional both design and build quality especially their trailers. I have also seen some of their bigger projects and everything is built to last using good quality materials. Thanks to Vince and the team at Douglas Automotive

Sadly took my car to the local VTNZ to get a warrant. They did some damage to my car by jacking it up in the wrong place. Due to selling the car, i needed it fixed within a couple of days. 2 other places couldnt even look at it for another week but these guys were amazing and were able to get it all fixed within a couple of hours. Will 100% be recommending these guys to everyone. Thanks heaps.

I got some work done there and got a fauly part they ignored the problem and never fixed it would never ever use them again they are so hopeless they should be on fair go never ever again they shouldn’t be in business.
