Tidy and cozy little gym. Really good atmosphere with everyone encouraging everyone else to push harder and get better. Nice location out of town, really easy to get a park near by and lots of useful services. Facilities are good and atmosphere is as well.

Great prices and deals. Staff are lovely and help with personalized training programs. 24/7 gym is also a perk

Felt a little bit claustrophobic when I worked out in this gym as it is quite small and often packed with people. Went here for a trial and the guy showing me around stopped to talk to one of his friends instead, didn't end up joining
