The trainers are great, really enthusiastic and helpful. If you ask for tips on technique they’re all very knowledgeable. There’s never any judgement and all fitness levels are catered for. I love being able to pop in any time, with no set class times this fits into my schedule very easily. Although you might have to wait a few minutes during busy periods.
