      They came out to change the gadget that controls the temperature on a stove top element. They were given the model of the stove in advance. They brought the wrong ones out. Then when they did come back a second time the elements didn't work as they should have because "HI' was now 'LOW' and vica versa. They said they would come out to correct it but never did.
