Happy's Cafe

Closed during the day, except weekends, I had to work at it to come when they were open. But it was worth it. Delicious food. Patrons were mostly university students.

Try the Spicy Beef it's not super spicy but it's simply delicious!! Rice is delicious too!!Service is great and they do takeaway food too!!

Good for a quick lunch or dinner. It never disappoints on their quality food. The only critique I have is that this place needs air conditioning, it gets really hot in the summer time.
