Collision Centre Richmond

Took my car in for a quote and never heard back from them the guy who also took the pictures didnt really seem like he was paying to much attention to what i was saying. Also had a long wait time of 6 weeks if i was to take my car there

I took my car there to get fixed after I was rear ended they gave my car back to me with a big crack in the inside panel, they didn't tell me what they had done I only noticed once I got home. I've been chasing them up for over two months getting them to fix it they kept saying they'd ring me back but never did. Finally I called them and said I would bring it down today and they fixed it. When I went to pick it up there was no one around I waited in the reception for a while and no one came so I went and found my car and left.
