We are a young and innovative team, without the usual cold stainless steel examination tables, white lab coats and impersonal receptionists. We believe in providing high quality care in a modern, clean environment. We take pride, not only in our wide range of services, but also in our desire to respond to the needs of pets and their owners. ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY CENTRE FOR PALMERSTON NORTH (24HRS/7DAYS). When you call after regular hours, your call will be diverted through to our mobile phone (at no charge to you). The emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call before coming to the clinic to allow us to make any special preparations. If you are at all concerned about your pet or need advice, please call us!

Find staff at the Henderson store, not very enthused about their jobs and not that fussed about serving you. They are mega expensive, also. Hence the reason, I am not a Pet Stock customer.
