At Anderson's Veterinary Hospitals, we believe in serving you, your pet and our community. We are a young and innovative team, without the usual cold stainless steel examination tables, white lab coats and impersonal receptionists. We believe in providing high quality care in a modern, clean environment. We take pride, not only in our wide range of services, but also in our desire to respond to the needs of pets and their owners. ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY CENTRE FOR PALMERSTON NORTH (24HRS/7DAYS). When you call after regular hours, your call will be diverted through to our mobile phone (at no charge to you). The emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call before coming to the clinic to allow us to make any special preparations. If you are at all concerned about your pet or need advice, please call us!

I'm such a fan of Animates and so is my cat. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The range is great and if you become a member you get 15% off pet food, so there are worthwhile savings.

Pretty much a brand new shop has made a great impression on me! Staff super friendly and happy to help they actually are very knowledgeable and were more than happy to tell me things I had no idea about. Store was clean and had big range or products and equipment. Carparks are endless. All round great store.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in terms on trying to help you find the right necessities for your pet. I also love coming and looking at the pets in store aswell - great place
