Beware when purchasing items online as you won't be able to return them for a refund. You will only be offered an exchange or store credit.
I think this is a poor returns policy for online purchases as sometimes they are not as described or what they looked like in the photos. So you are taking a risk when purchasing goods unseen in person from Soul Shoes.
I asked politely if I was able to return 1 of 2 bags purchased but was told they do not do refunds :( #BadBuzz I then went and checked several similar Kiwi online bag stores who all had very "risk free" returns policy. Gutted Soul Shoes flat out refuses returns on brand new unopened items.

if you want quality, this is the place to head to. situates at the front of the building on the refurbished wharf. The service is great. They sell leather, belts, boots etc.

The best range of sandals in raglan. Very durable and strong yet extremely light weight. Perfect for walking th dog on the beach.

Awesome customer service and great shoes. I got some nice sandals here. I highly recommend soul shoes and I will be back this summer to buy some more awesome sandals. Cheers Dean Thomas
