Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown

Great service but the rooms are starting to look a bit old. If you plan on staying here regularly I would recommend their loyalty programme.

I've been coming to this hotel since I was little and I don't think it's ever looked as good as it does now. The lobby is really fun with excellent coffee. Upstairs at Red is my favourite place to go for a quiet drink. Huge space and extensive bar with friendly, professional bar staff. I haven't even at the restaurant yet but it's on my list as it's supposed to be amazing!

Constantly exceeds expectations for me. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were to a very high standard in terms of design and cleanliness.

Really nice hotel, ideally placed in central Queenstown. Great view over the lake if you can manage to get a front facing room Great staff, valet parking available which was useful as we had a camper van!

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, points of interests and of course, the hotel service is great ! Very friendly and helpful staff who tries to accommodate you when your plans went wrong ! Rooms with balcony views are the best (apart from very ground floor). Lovely !
