      OK hotel overall. Room had a stale smell, like it wasn't freshened up before check in. Bed was comfy. Gym at site was handy.

      Gorgeous modern decor we have never stayed at a Mercure and we were not disappointed. Everyone was so lovely and it was definitely worth the price tag. Walking distance to everything so a fantastic location.

      Any Accor Hotel is fantastic for me - as an AccorPlus member however, Mercure is always one of my first stops! Mercure Queenstown is no different - fantastic lush accommodation, very friendly staff, and priority welcome as usual. Love staying in Mercure!

      I had my first family holiday here, i booked online and got a super cheap deal for 4 and it included free breakfast each morning at the buffet. I xhose the cheaper option room and was still happy. Would have been a bonus if it had kitxhen facilities but we decided to eat out instead
      Id definitely recommend it for families as somewhere nice and affordable!
