Lovely accessories with the trusted quality and name of LV, but they really need to train the staff to teach everyone how to properly interact with customers.

We felt like we were inconveniencing them, even though they worked there!

Crazy.

Staff very helpful but do not like it that they judge you before you enter the shop (as if to see if you have enough money which I don't typically look like I do but I do!)

The shop was ok as far as the branding was concerned but the service was terrible. We have been to many LV stores around the world but I don't know where they got the staff from. She followed us around telling us not to touch things to the point where we couldn't even check a price tag and I was afraid to try on sunglasses. When she blew up a a child playing on the couch we left. We had actually gone in there with the intent of buying a belt but basically ran out of there and felt unwelcome.

Welcoming friendly and non judgey when asking about prices . Entertained the kids while mummy shopped which was incredibly helpful .. would go there again .

Really well designed store, a great place to jump out of the cold and enjoy browsing their products. They have a surprisingly great range of products for the size of the store in comparison to other stores.
