5-star for the view over Lake Waikatipu, perfect for watching sunrise. Very close Queenstown Hill walk, a lesser known attraction in town. Our room was good, not excellent though, it seemed to have been converted from a corridor between the entrance and the kitchen to become a 3-bed dorm, beware of kitchen smell if someone has been cooking.
