      Awesome service, i love this chain of hotels, good room service, friendly staff, good variety of food. Neat and clean environment. I have been to the one in Auckland as well, its really good. OMG love their breakfast menu.

      Gorgeous views of the lake and the mountains from both inside and outside the room, the room was stunning and super comfortable as expected, shower, bed everything spic and span. The complimentary onsite storage for skis etc is a bonus, and also the knowledgeable staff who help you guide your touring needs as they are well versed with the surroundings. A truly five star experience.Just wish they could offer more than 45mb of free wifi, after which you have to pay being a non member
