Premium location. Room was good and range of pillows was fantastic (best I've seen). Air conditioning was pretty average for the hot summer day in Queenstown. Car park is $17 per day. Wifi is 1 hour free/day unless you join their club. Staff were generally helpful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, love this hotel chain everything is always to perfection. The staff are always at your service. Rooms are spacious with large beds and cleanliness is up to standards.
