It’s one of the most innovative Thai meals I’ve had in years, but unfortunately that also meant it was less authentic. I can’t say it was a particularly tasty meal for me because I was craving some good old-fashioned thai flavours. However I must say how remarkably well they have refashioned Thai flavours for the locals. You can expect sweeter flavour profiles with much milder spiciness and tanginess. And to top it of, the rice animals are almost too cute to eat.
