It's your home, so we work with you to make sure it's just the way you want it. We happily make changes to our standard plans to suit your needs. If you already have some ideas feel free to forward us sketches that we can transform into your new home. Build to your budget. Simple steps & processes We are able to draw on our years of experience in the building industry to help guide you through the building process including design of plans, the building consent process, construction consultancy and project co-ordination. Consent application assistance We provide you with a building consent application pack, including all plans and specifications required by your council, ready for you to sign and lodge. Our licensees deal with councils on a regular basis and are happy to guide you through the process and any details required from the council. Construction consultancy,we can work with you to project manage the construction of your new Trenz Homes kitset if required. Managed delivery structure We will work with you or your builder to determine a delivery schedule to suit your construction schedule. This is a great advantage when storage is at a premium and lessens the chance of damages or theft of any products. Confidence from quality. We support NZ made products by specifying and supplying NZ made materials as a preference. In the unlikely event of a product failure, we will work with our suppliers to ensure a timely resolution. Local Supply Our kitsets are available as lockable shell or complete home, in a range of specifications and all at competitive pricing thanks to our buying power.
