very helpful when i was asking about anxiety in cats. refereed me to right place. store is always tidy when we visit.

Lots of birds and fish, usually a few rabits, kittens and puppies. Small store but well well stocked. Nipper the cockatoo always greets the customer when they walk in.

My experience with Pets Alive is they take extra care and caution to make sure all their animals are in extreme good health and ready to be re homed. I have shopped there for years and even purchased my little Girl Machiko (Shiba Inu) from their store, the service was world class and the ongoing advice around pet care I have been given has been phenomenal. I was in there this week and have seen the rabbit in mention above. This animal is in very good and capable hands. I have NEVER experienced any kind of dis satisfaction in regards to Customer Service at Pets Alive.
Driving to Manukau makes no sense when you have the experience and skill of great pet care at Pets Alive on your doorstep.
